We sure love to eat outdoors, especially during the summer and fall seasons in Duluth. When it’s warm out, everyone in Duluth loves taking in the picturesque surroundings and panoramic lake views.
Thank goodness for Duluth’s local restaurants with patios, decks, porches and outdoor tables. There’s no better way to enjoy your good food than with a great view of Lake Superior, Canal Park and the Duluth harbor.
Va Bene Caffe is perched above the Lake Walk and has always had a great view of Lake Superior. Their new outdoor, open-air Grotto boasts an intimate setting even closer to Lake Superior and featuring some of Duluth’s best lake views.
Mexico Lindo in the historic Fitger’s Building is well known for its expansive deck seating and also offers many indoor tables with window booths overlooking Lake Superior. Fresh chips and salsa and margarita pitchers make this a perfect place to enjoy south of the border.
Canal Park Brewing Company is centrally located in Duluth’s Canal Park and features an all season patio steps from the Lake Superior shoreline. This local Duluth brewery has craft beer on tap (or to go in a growler) and the restaurant serves a creative brew-pub menu.
